These site specific environmental services Include but are not limited to:

  • Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
  • Facility contingency plans to minimize fires, explosions, or release of hazardous wastes(or hazardous constituents) to air, soil, or water. Required for generators of hazardouswaste.
  • Business Emergency Plans required for facilities that store and handle hazardouschemicals that are either in the liquid, solid or gaseous state.
  • Air quality permit applications and audits

TRAINING CLASSES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE

MML specializes in preparing and instructing customized and site specific training tailored to the client’s environmental health and safety program requirements. These specially prepared classes are instructed at the client’s location or at other convenient client locations.

The training classes offered include :-

  1. Hazardous Waste Management: Classroom or on-the-job training in hazardous waste management. Each employee handling hazardous waste must successfully complete a program of classroom instruction or on-the-job training that teaches them to perform their duties in a way that ensures compliance with the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Chapter 15. Training to be conducted within 6 months of hire and every year.

  4. Over the past 30 years, Mark Levin has taught hundreds of OSHA required health and safety training classes for private industry including manufacturing,environmental and construction firms. In addition, he has been a staff/faculty instructor for UCI Extension, USC Safety Management Institute and OSHA LOSH program.
